Today was a not so good day. Your class made my day go faster and I felt more comfortable. The writing excercise was ok, a little fun for school. I enjoy the website I will use it a lot.

Wow! From the moment my alarm went off at 6:45 this morning I knew that it was going to be a hectic day but when I got to school it was so busy with everyone moving into their lockers and pictures and everything that I didn’t even have time to mourn summer vacation!! Today’s classes were pretty dry- just going over syllabi but the english writing was fun( haha-i was a paintbrush!!!)
Well tommorow will be the first real day of classes so hopefully things will get a little more exciting!!

I thought the writing assignment we did in class was very different. It made me think from a different perspective- well, the perspective of a toy container. It was not my favorite activity but I liked how it was not your typical first day thing. I am excited for english this year!

my first day was ok it was tiring and i dont like my scheduled that much but i liked the writting excersize in class today

I enjoyed my first day. I would have liked it better without the extra time in the morning. I had a lot of fun.

I thought my first day was one of the best first days I’ve had. I saw my friends again and I had fun there. I also liked the english assignment, although we already did it last year. I liked the new twist.

First day was o.k. I guess, as far as an overall view. I thought the excercise we did in class was pretty fun because we had to be really creative,it help shows how we express our ideas and can easily write a story about even the most plain inanimate object, and make it interesting.

my first day of school was bad, i hate my schedul and i hat waking up early. um i didn’t like the writting excersize because im really bad at writting and making-up stories

I had a fine day. I was nervous at first, because my former eight grade friends had graduated to the highschool. Kelsie was a great person to hang out with today. We had alot of laughs. It was wierd not having my mom peeking over my shoulder, but also a relief. I’m looking forward to making friends and having a better year.

Oh, and the writing exercise, that was great. I always like the grab-bag writing assignments. It’s alot of fun to be a dice and hear what everyone else has to say too. It’s a way to act as someone (or something!) different.

Hi! My first day was pretty good! I am very tired though! I like my classes. I liked the writting excersice because it gives us a chance to use our imagination, but the reading assignment is another story hehe. I liked the stories, but sometimes the questions were tough. Though I guess that was what you were looking for. All in all my first day was good and the excercise was pretty fun.

My first day was great. Dr. Hemenway welcomed me at the door, which was good because my hands were full of locker materials. I loved meeting all my new teachers and seeing my friends. The two new teachers, Mr. Arenson and Mrs. Pereda are wonderful additions to the Middle School. They each definately know what they are talking about. When I woke up this morning I was not ready for school to start, but after a day I think I am.

At first i really wasnt excited about the first day of school at all, especially when I woke up. But as the day went by I realized it wasnt half-bad and I started to enjoy being back with all my friends. So overall it was a pretty good day!

um i forgot to answer the question of the excersise we did in class today so here it goes: its not one of my favorite excersices because personally i dont like to write that much, but it sure was alot better then going over the syllabus and even though we did something like it last year, it was a refreshing start to the new year. plus it had a fun twist.

This morning I was not ready for school to start. i woke up in a bad mood but at the same time was very exited to moove into my new locker and see my friends. it was wierd not seeing the facees I am used to seeing down stairs when i enterd, but i soon got used too it and went on with the day. I am soo exited to be an 8th grader!!!!! I am ready to take on any chaleges that will come with this year!

Hmmm, lets see school is same ol’ same ol but i dont know im kind of ready for it to be over. I liked the writing excercise, but today i guess i just wasn’t in the mood to do much. We shall see how the rest of the school year goes.

MY first day was amazing, I had so much fun. English was one of my favorite classes, I loved how we didn’t have to talk very much about the syllabus. I wasn’t so sure I wanted to go to school today, for the reason that I completly loved my summer, but after a day, I am totally ready to go back. Seeing all my friends and sharing summer stories was definetly one of my highlights. The grab bag excercise was a blast!!

The first day of school was ok but I couldn’t get my locker open. I loved my new classes. My math teacher is pretty cool. I thought the first day of school was going to be hard buts pretty cool.

The writing exercise was one that worked my brain. Just comming from summer vacation, I wasn’t quite ready to do things. I always loved the suprise bag. It is fun because you get to write about something besides you!

Today, the first day, was extremely stressful and hectic, but so are all first days. In other words, it was expected. The excersise we did in class was different than what we would do at my old school and definitely made me think differently. Today surely got me back into school mode. After today, it really makes me wonder what tomorrow will be like.

My first day was pretty fun. Although school is not my favorite, I enjoyed seeing my friends and some classes were pretty interesting. In english I liked the writing assignment, cause we could make something up! So, I guess u could my first day was not terrible!
