Spark Notes??!!

I’d like you to go to Sparknotes.com and look up Animal Farm. Read through the sources on the site and then evaluate the site’s usefulness. Was there anything there that you did not know/consider? Is it a good source for people who want to cheat? Is it a good source for people who want to enhance their understanding? Support your answers with examples from the site.

Spark notes had slot of information on the book and it would have been very helpful if I had not read the book,

But I also feel that the quality of the information does not compare to the information you would get if you had read the book. So I do not think it can save you if you have not read the book but if you read the book a while ago and need to be refreshed than it is a good way to remember some of the larger points in the book. The biggest flaw in spark notes is that it doesn’t have great detail and some finer things in the book do not get explained for example at the begining of the book it tells you how eloquent old major is.

It gave me different ways to look at the book. It had different point of views. I thought if you didnt read the book it would be a good place to cheat. Also if you didnt understand the book it would be a good place to go

I disagree with Eric since it could be helpfull ever if you didnt read the book. If you forgot something in the begining.
